A better way forward.

With over 40 years’ industry experience, we saw first-hand how waste oil in New Zealand was traditionally handled: it was burnt. That reality sparked a simple but powerful question — is there a better way?

After years of research into global technologies, we found one: a re-refining process that could give contaminated oil a second life.

We invested heavily, secured long-term consents, and built a world-class facility in Auckland — capable of turning contaminated waste oil back into clean oil that can be reused again and again.

Today, Glide is the country’s most sustainable solution for waste oil. We’re proud to be setting a new standard — leading the way towards a cleaner, lower-carbon, and more circular future for Aotearoa.
